A 5-0 record in a 7 game series is impossible to lose.
So imagine if you started everyday off with a 5-0 record.
Could you lose?
Well how can I just wake up with a 5-0 record?
You see, our morning is a sacred time.
It’s the only time that we, as an individual, have a window of time to tend to self without anyone or anything else requiring energy expenditure from ourselves.
So what are the games, what are the ingredients?
For myself, those breakdown into
- Cold Exposure
- 32oz of water before caffeine
Now movement breaks down into a lot of things. Cardio, mobility, strength, intense, not intense, yoga etc.
Cold exposure can be a pack of frozen peas on a forehead, hands dipped into a bucket of ice, a cold shower, a cold plunge etc.
Water is water. But consider showering your cells with what they actually need, not something our body will have to counter balance out over time (such as caffeine).
Mental can be reading, journaling, calendaring, making lists, getting our mind organized.
Spiritual can be meditating, praying, journaling, time in nature, time with self, silence, stillness, etc.
Winning isn’t about hitting a certain time requirement or a certain amount.
You can get just as much out of one as you do one hundred.
You win by listening to yourself in that moment of what your system actually needs.
When you hit each section daily, you start creating daily units of momentum.
Those units only last till you fall asleep.
The discipline muscle must be trained to achieve a life beyond the limitations of society.
I don’t know about you, but 5-0 sounds a lot better than 3-2.
So go out and win like you know how to.
