Clutter
by Dr. Chris Brown

Routines. Disrupted. Out of Flow. Discombobulated.

Sometimes that’s good. It’s good to get out of flow, to deviate from the script, to change the pattern that your body is used to.

For most of us, that’s summer vacation.

We go on trips, go visit friends and family, drop work for a week or two and just forget about everything.

Re-calibrate, reset.

But then if we don’t set goals, if we don’t establish a plan geared towards longevity, a plan of importance without urgency as a factor, clutter is created.

Clutter occurs when we try to keep everything in our head and when we ride our daily and weekly patterns passively, subconsciously.

The systems are built in but we aren’t actively doing anything.

Going through the motions.

The first step as always is recognizing it.

Recognizing the space of clutter.

And being okay with it.

How can that be achieved?

By allowing yourself to listen to your system.

We listen to others all the time, be it work, business, friends or family.

Do you even know what it means to listen to your system, let alone allow yourself to listen?

Probably not.
