There are 2 lanes for operating in a realm of mental freedom.
Fortifying your mind. And free flow.
Fortifying your mind is extremely difficult. It takes consistent daily work, daily self reflection with intention.
But it’s possible.
So how to start?
For myself and my understanding, step one is always awareness. One step of awareness laid down in your pursuit of mental freedom leads to 10 action steps. Laying down a step of awareness daily over time reveals a path of clarity that not many ever have the opportunity of seeing.
It’s exponential.
Reflect on the roles you play in your life. Ask yourself what is the interference in you becoming the version of yourself you always see yourself being. Sit in stillness. Allow whatever pops up your head to pop up.
And then dive deep.
Go down your own rabbit holes. Access parts of yourself that have never been tapped into. Authorize one piece of awareness to uncover another piece of awareness. Its contagious. A free flowing adaptable snowball.
And accept with the truth. A truth discovered and buried has no choice but to rise again.
Truths can be scary. And life changing when acted upon.
