Ever feel like you’re just in flow?

Like you’re moving through the day, there’s no one to interrupt you, you’re being efficient.

Just straight flow mode.

How can we consistently create that?

I was told recently by someone that she notices I operate at my best when I’m reading books about habits, mentality, approaches towards things. And I thought about it. She’s totally right.

I typically read morning and night. And what I read plays a huge role in how I am thinking in that moment when I go about my day and my interactions with people.

Regardless of the content you are consuming, whether it be reading, or listening to a podcast or watching a show, you will operate as a reflection of that content.

To start though, that reflection is representative of you internally. Of your vibrations, your wavelengths internally.

What I have found to be the best is taking inventory of myself through meditation. Do I have some that are better than others? Absolutely. But that’s when I can take inventory of myself, ask myself questions and declutter my subconscious to create organization.

The best question to start with? How can I serve today?
