Moving at strategic times can benefit all 5. Proper nourishment can benefit all 5. Prioritizing and tracking sleep can maximize and enhance all 5. Consistent development of mindset and outlook can increase the ceiling of all 5.
Proper function is chief. It’s the commander, the anchor, the foundation. It dictates how well all the other four get integrated into our physiology.
If we are not functioning properly, then our ceiling, our potential lowers. If we are not functioning properly, our floor, our foundation crumbles.
